Gladys Matilda Cloke (24 July 1911 – 6 June 2022) was a British supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Gladys Cloke was born on 24 July 1911 in Swanscombe, Kent, England, UK.
In July 2021, Cloke celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian. She credited her longevity to having a biscuit and a cup of cappuccino everyday.
Gladys Cloke died in Madeley, Shropshire, England, UK on 6 June 2022, at the age of 110 years, 317 days. At the time of her death, she was the oldest known living person in Shropshire, and the fifth-oldest known living person in the United Kingdom, after Ethel Caterham, Rose Eaton, Ada Thompson, and Edna Strickland.
