Guo Jingtong [Chinese: 郭景通] (13 November 1891 – 5 September 2001) was a Chinese centenarian.
Biography[]
Guo Jingtong was born in Tongzhou District, Beijing, Qing dynasty (China) on 13 November 1891. He never went to school. He saw the emperor Puyi lefting his palace of his own eyes.
In January 2001, Guo was reported to be the the oldest living man in Beijing. He was also reported to be the third-oldest living person in Beijing, after Mao Jiunv (born 1889) and Gong Jiao (born 1890).
Guo Jingtong died of heart failure in Changqiao hospital, Xicheng District, Beijing, China on 5 September 2001 at the age of 109 years, 297 days.
