Hanayo Hashimoto [Japanese: 橋本はなよ] (30 September 1912 – 19 May 2023) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) in 2024. At the time of her death, she was the oldest known living person in Okayama Prefecture.

Hashimoto was born in Japan on 30 September 1912. In September 2022, she celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
Hashimoto died in Tsuyama, Okayama Prefecture, Japan on 19 May 2023 at the age of 110 years, 231 days. She was succeeded as the oldest known living person in Okayama Prefecture by then-110-year-old Masako Soga [Japanese: 曽我マサコ] (born 23 February 1913) of Ibara.
