Hedviga Sekerasova [Slovakian: Hedviga Sekerášová] (26 October 1902 – 23 June 2011) was a Slovakian centenarian who, at the time of her death, may have been the oldest living person in Slovakia.
Biography[]
She was born in Stara Bystrica, Austria-Hungary (now Slovakia), on 26 October 1902. She never married and not had children.
She became the oldest known living person in Slovakia, following the death of 108-year-old Zuzana Holla on 27 April 2009.
Sekerasova died in Dolna Suca, Slovakia on 23 June 2011 at the age of 108 years, 241 days.[1]
