Helen Ngit Chung Lum Ching (born 29 January 1914) is an American supercentenarian whose age has been validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She is currently the oldest known living person in the US state of Hawaii.

Helen Ching was born in Hawaii, USA, on 29 January 1914. She married Harry Ching and had three children. She also has six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
On 29 January 2024, she celebrated her 110th birthday. Her secret to a long life is eating lots of fried rice and Chinese food.
Ching currently lives in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA, at the age of 110 years, 221 days. She is the oldest person in Hawaii and the westernmost living supercentenarian in the world.
