Helen Dunbar (née McDonald; 1 July 1857 (claimed 1855) – 21 May 1965) was a Scottish-born Australian centenarian.


Helen Dunbar was born in Forres, Morayshire, Scotland, United Kingdom on 1 July 1857. Her parents were William MacDonald and Mary McLennan. She married Walter Dunbar on 12 June 1884 and later emigrated to Australia. She had six children.

Helen Dunbar passed away in Mount Olivet Hospital, Kangaroo Point, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia on 21 May 1965, at the age of 107 years, 324 days. At the time of her death, she was believed to be oldest living woman in Australia. After her death, Jessie Pearce became oldest living woman in Australia.
