Helen Boyter Haskett (née Grant; formely Todd; 17 November 1877 – 7 December 1987) was a British-born Canadian supercentenarian whose age has been validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography[]
Haskett was born in North Hilton, Kincardineshire, Scotland, UK on 17 November 1877. She was the daughter of John Grant, a farmer, and Jessie (née Reid) Grant.
Haskett married Alexander Todd in Stonehaven, Scotland, UK on 13 June 1898. The couple had two children: Elizabeth, and Alexander. She became a widow in 1906, and emigrated to Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. She married Robert Haskett on 13 July 1912. The couple had three children: Mabel, Bobby, and Jimmy. She became a widow again in 1941.
Haskett died in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada on 7 December 1987 at the age of 110 years, 20 days.
