Hiek Neang (9 February 1909? – 30 July 2020) was a Cambodian-born Australian supercentenarian claimant whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). If her age is true, she could have been the oldest living person in Australia and oldest person ever born in Cambodia.
Biography[]
Hiek Neang claimed to have been born in Cambodia on 9 February 1909. She moved to Australia in the 1980s. She lived in Mordialloc, Victoria for over a decade. Neang had six children, 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She died in Mordialloc, Victoria, Australia on 30 July 2020 at the claimed age of 111 years, 172 days.
