Hilario Polegario (28 December 1912 – 27 April 2023) was a Brazilian supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At the time of his death, he was the second-oldest known living man in Brazil, after Joao Marinho Neto.
