Hilda Grahn (10 June 1888 – 24 June 1998) was a Swedish supercentenarian who was the oldest living person in Sweden, a title she shared jointly with Teresia Lindahl. Her age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography
Hilda Grahn was born in Malmohus County (presently Skane) on 10 June 1888. In young age, she worked as a maid. She married her husband Otto and they opened a glassworks. They had three children.
Following the death of 109 year-old Clara Asberg on 27 August 1997, Grahn became the oldest living person in Sweden, a title she shared jointly with Teresia Lindahl of Norrahammar.
Grahn died in Skane, Sweden on 24 June 1998 at the age of 110 years, 14 days.[1][2]
