Biography[]
Hilda Jackson was born as Hilda Richmond on 19 August, 1903 in Oldham, Lancashire, England, UK, to William Richmond and Eleanor Richmond, née Ogden. She had two siblings – sisters – Elsie and Ada. In July 1937, Hilda married Herbert Jackson and went on to have one child, a son named Peter. Hilda worked as the head telephonist for the biggest textile machine engineering company in the world. Sadly, Herbert died in 1972 and Peter, their son, died suddenly in 2004. She had lived her whole life in Oldham.
Hilda’s age was verified by CL, Oliver Trim, et al., and (posthumously) validated by the GRG on 2 March 2016.
