Hiro Nakae [Japanese: 中江ヒロ] (20 October 1898 – 19 August 2011) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography[]
Hiro Nakae was born in Japan on 20 October 1898.
Nakae's age was verified by Stefan Gelow and MHLW, Japan, and validated by the GRG on 20 October 2010. Following the death of 113-year-old Komiya Miyazaki on 4 January 2011, she became the oldest living person in Hiroshima Prefecture.
Hiro Nakae died in an hospital in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan on 19 August 2011, at the age of 112 years, 302 days. Following her death, then 111-year-old Mitsue Nagasaki became the oldest living person in Hiroshima Prefecture.
