Irma Ilari (22 September 1907 – 17 September 2019) was an Italian supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group.
Biography
Irma Ilari was born in Abbadia San Salvatore, Tuscany, where she still lives. She married Angelo Tondi on 14 September 1927 and had two children, Ideale and Luigi, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. For some years she has moved, with her family, to Cesena, Emilia Romagna, and then returned to Abbadia, where she successfully managed the bakery of her mother-in-law for about 40 years.
On the day of her 110th birthday, 22 September 2017, Irma received the visit of the deputy mayor of her hometown.
Ilari died in Abbadia San Salvatore, Tuscany, Italy on 17 September 2019 at the age of 111 years, 360 days.
