Maria Isabel Brito Guarin [Spanish: María Isabel Brito Guarín] (15 May 1905 – 18 June 2016) was a Colombian supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Isabel Brito Guarin was born in Filandia, Quindio, Colombia on 15 May 1905. She never married nor had children, but helped to educate her numerous nephews and nieces.
