Isabel "Chabela" Guell Padilla [Spanish: Güell] (15 October 1910 – 23 May 2021) was a Honduran supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) in 2020. She was the oldest known living person in Honduras at time of her death.

Isabel Guell Padilla was born in Honduras on 15 October 1910, the daughter of Lorenzo Guell. In October 2020, she celebrated her 110th birthday.
Guell Padilla died in San Esteban City, Olancho Department, Honduras on 23 May 2021 at the age of 110 years, 220 days.
