Ismael Porgo [Turkish: İsmail Porgo] (1904? - 5 May 2019) was a Burkinese supercentenarian claimant.
Biography[]
Ismael Porgo claimed that he was born in Burkina Faso in 1904. He took Islamic education and began his tabligh activities in 1945. He claimed that he was one of the students of Sheikh Ebubekir Evvel, the spritiual leader of Tijani Tariqa.
Ismael Porgo died in 5 May 2019 in his home village Vusnango near Nango, Burkina Faso at the claimed age of 115 years. If his age is true, he could have been oldest known man ever from Burkina Faso.
