Jeanne Mayet (2 July 1911 – 25 March 2022) was a French supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Biography

Jeanne Mayet was born in Le Monestier, Puy-de-Dome, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France on 2 July 1911.

In July 2021, Mayet celebrated her 110th birthday. At the time, she was reported to be the oldest living person of the nursing home of Gandris. Following the death of 112-year-old Marcel Meys on 15 December 2021, she became the oldest living person in Rhone department.

Mayet died in Grandris, Rhone, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France, on 25 March 2022 at the age of 110 years, 266 days. At the time of her death, she was the oldest known living person in Rhone department, and the second-oldest known living person in Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, behind Marguerite Larmignat.
