Jessie Hurley (neé Stubbs; 15 June 1890 – 6 August 2002) was a validated Australian supercentenarian.


Jessie Hurley was born in Riverstone, New South Wales, Australia, on 15 June 1890.

She married James Hurley at the age of 18 and moved to Brisbane. The couple had eight childrens, but two of them died at young age. When they later divorced, she moved back to Riverstone. Later, she moved to Sidney, before finally setting on New South Wales Central coast about 1970.

She used to have her own veggie garden, where she always pottering.

She died in Erina, New South Wales, Australia on 12:30 AM 6 August 2002 at age of 112 years, 52 days. At the time of her death, she was the oldest known living person in Australia[1].
