Jessie Mott Williams (née Pease; 7 November 1869 – 28 January 1980) was a validated American supercentenarian.
Biography[]
Jessie Mott Pease was born in Poughkeepsie, New York as the daughter of Clarence and Sarah Pease. She married Frederick Radcliffe Williams. They had two children. She stated in an interview when she was 100 that she was at the World's Fair in Buffalo, NY in 1901 when President McKinley was shot.
Jessie Williams died in Petersburg, Virginia on 28 January 1980, at the age of 110 years, 82 days. At the time of her death she had two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
