Josefa Aragones Mayoral (5 October 1911 – 17 November 2022) was a Spanish supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Mayoral was born in Cornudella de Montsant, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain on 5 October 1911. In October 2021, she celebrated her 110th birthday.
Mayoral died in Cornudella de Montsant, Tarragona, Catalonia, Spain on 17 November 2022 at the age of 111 years, 43 days. At the time of her death, she was the second-oldest known living person in Catalonia, behind Maria Branyas Morera.
