Julian Justavino Quintero [Spanish: Julián] (30 July 1912 – 8 August 2022) was a Panamanian supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At the time of his death, he was the oldest known living man in Panama.

Julian Justavino Quintero was born on 30 July 1912 in Chiriqui Province, Panama. In July 2022, he celebrated his 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
Julian Justavino Quintero died on 8 August 2022 in Chiriqui Province, Panama, nine days after his 110th birthday. He was succeeded as Panama's oldest known living man by then-109-year-old Macario Barria Cardena.
