Justa Araujo claimed to have been born in Argentina on 10 August 1908. In August 2019, she celebrated her claimed 111th birthday.
Justa Araujo died in Makallé, Chaco Province, Argentina on 6 February 2023 at the claimed age of 114 years, 180 days. If validated, she would've been the oldest living person in Argentina, and the second-oldest living person in South America.
