Kame Ganeko [Japanese: 我如古カメ] (10 April 1905 – 18 October 2019) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age has been validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She is currently the second-oldest validated person ever from Okinawa Prefecture, behind Kama Chinen. At the time of death, she was the seventh-oldest living person in the world.

Kame Ganeko was born in Japan on 10 April 1905. She became the oldest living person in Okinawa Prefecture following the death of Teru Oshiro on 26 January 2018. On 10 April 2019, she celebrated her 114th birthday. Ganeko died in Yomitan, Okinawa, Japan, on 18 October 2019, at the age of 114 years, 191 days.

At the time of her death, Ganeko's sister Kikue Taira (born 26 April 1910) was 109 years-old, and reportedly lives in Yomitan Village. In September 2019, she was reported as the tenth-oldest person in Okinawa. They are the oldest siblings ever with a combined age of over 225 years.
