The Kannisto-Thatcher Database on old-age mortality is a database compiled by Vaino Kannisto of Finland and Roger Thatcher of the UK that covered mortality date from 35 countries, with a particular focus on the oldest-old.
Currently, the database is maintained by the Max Planck Institute for Demographic Research in Germany.
