Kathryn "Kitty" Clark Sullivan (née Knauss; 17 November 1903 – 21 January 2005) was an American centenarian.

Biography

Kathryn Sullivan born as Kathryn Clark Knauss in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, New York on 17 November 1903, the only daughter of Abraham Lincoln Knauss (1878–1965) and Sarah DeRemer Clark Knauss (1880–1999).

She married Samuel D. Butz in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, USA on 28 November 1923. The couple had one son: Robert James K. Butz (1925–2010). Samuel died in 1968. Later, she married Charles Sullivan.

Kathryn Sullivan died in Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA on 21 January 2005 at the age of 101 years, 65 days. She was survived by her son Robert Butz, three granddaughters, five great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.

Age Record

Kathryn was featured in Guinness World Records as the oldest living child with a parent living. She became the first validated child with a parent living to reach the age of 96.
