Kathryn "Kitty" Sullivan (née Knauss; 17 November 1903 – 21 January 2005) was an American centenarian.

Biography

Kathryn Sullivan born in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, New York on 17 November 1903, the only daughter of Abraham Lincoln Knauss (19 December 1878 – 1 March 1965) and Sarah DeRemer Clark Knauss (24 September 1880 – 30 December 1999). Kathryn married Samuel D. Butz and later Charles Sullivan. She had a son with her first husband, Robert James K. Butz (7 Setember 1925 – 19 May 2010), 3 granddaughters, 5 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Kathryn Sullivan died in Allentown, Pennsylvania, USA on 21 January 2005 at the age of 101 years, 65 days.

Age Record

Kathryn was featured in Guinness World Records as the oldest living child with a parent living. She became the first validated child with a parent living to reach the age of 96.
