Katri Virtanen (31 August 1903 – 11 December 2010) was a Finnish centenarian.
Biography[]
Katri Virtanen was born in Russian Empire (now Finland) on 31 August 1903. In August 2003, she celebrated her 100th birthday and thus became a centenarian.
Katri Virtanen died in Tampere, Pirkanmaa, Finland (thought Kurikka, Southern Ostrobothnia) on 11 December 2010 (thought January–August 2013), at the age of 107 years, 102 days (thought 109 years). At the time, she was believed to have been the second-oldest living person in Finland, after Selma Tuominen.
