Kiku Usami [Japanese: 宇佐美キク] (1 September 1904 – 26 February 2018) was a Japanese supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Kiku Usami was born in Japan on 1 September 1904. After World War II, she lost her husband, and had to raise her five children alone. She sewed and cooked until age 105.

Interviewed in October 2015, aged 111, she said: "Because 111 is a number of good omen and congratulations, I'm very happy to have reached the age I aimed." At the time, she drank sweet coffee every morning. Her favourite meal is fried oysters. She said she stayed in good health because she ate what she liked and didn't like, and she stayed active by moving her body.

Following the death of 114-year-old Yukie Hino on 13 January 2017, Usami became the oldest living person in Niigata Prefecture.

Kiku Usami died in Tsubame City, Niigata, Japan on 26 February 2018, at the age of 113 years, 178 days. Following her death, Tora Kosugi (1907–2018) became the oldest living person in Niigata prefecture
