Kiyoko Ishiguro (4 March 1901 – 5 December 2015) was a validated Japanese supercentenarian who was the second-oldest living person in Japan and overall the fifth-oldest in the world when she died on 5 December 2015. She was also the oldest living person in Kanagawa prefecture. She is currently (as of May 2023) the 78th-oldest verified person ever.
In her last years, she used a breathing tube. Kiyoko Ishiguro died on 5 December 2015 at the age of 114 years, 276 days. She was succeeded as the oldest living person in Kanagawa Prefecture by Chiyo Miyako.
