Lillie Cobb (née Pettus; 17 September 1908 – 5 December 2018) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) in 2023.
Biography[]
Lillie Pettus was born in Electric Mills, Mississippi, USA on 17 September 1908. Her parents were Joseph Pettus and Ermma Flemmings.
Pettus had one son with George Bell in 1924. She later married Herman Cobb.
Cobb celebrated her 110th birthday in 2018.
Lillie Bell Pettus Cobb died in Jackson, Tennessee, USA, on 5 December 2018 at the age of 110 years, 79 days.
