Lillie B Edsmond Gaddy (24 July 1879 – 13 January 1992) was an American supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography[]
Lillie Gaddy was born on 24 July 1879 in Tennessee, USA. In 1900, at the age of 21, Lillie married Charles Henry Gaddy (1879–1939) together, they had their first child on 27 January 1902, Robert Berry Gaddy (1902–1920) and their 2nd born child Vern W. Gaddy (1904-1918), And then the 3rd born child, Charles Henry Gaddy Jr. (1909–1986) Robert drafted for world war I in 1917. Vern died of a gunshot wound at the age of 15 in 1918. The 4th born child was Inez Jeanette "Jeannette" Gaddy (1914–1995). The 5th born child was Sarah C. Gadey (1917–?). The 6th born child was Gladys L. Gaddy (1920–1997). Together they had 6 children, sadly, the love of Lillie's life Charles Gaddy Sr. passed away on 11 August 1939 in Arkansas, USA. Lillie in 1950 lived in Perry, Arkansas. Lillie lived in Bigelow, Perry, Arkansas when turned 100, and when she turned 110, 111, and 112. Lillie died on 13 January 1992, at the age of 112 years, 173 days.
