Lillie Mabel Neff (née Snyder; 9 May 1888 – 27 February 2001) was a validated American supercentenarian.
Biography
Lillie Neff was born as Lillie Mabel Snyder in North Hopewell Township, York County, Pennsylvania, United States on 9 May 1888. Her parents were Martin Kohler Snyder and Elizabeth Strayer. She married Emanuel Neff in 1912. They had three children. She was a cigarmaker at the former Charles Reigart Cigar Co. in Adamsville; she also dipped ice cream at the former Meadowview Dairy in Adamsville and assisted her husband with farming. She attended Adamsville United Methodist Church her entire life. In addition to her work as a homemaker, Neff worked on the farm and in cigar factories, which was once a major industry in York County. Lillie Neff died in Dallastown Nursing Center, Adamsville, York County, Pennsylvania on 27 February 2001 at the age of 112 years, 294 days.
