Lina Grotta-Marinozzi (22 November 1896 – 27 May 2009) was an Italian supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At the time of her death, she was the third-oldest living person in Italia, after Lucia Lauria and Ida Frabboni.

Lina Grotta was born in Livorno, Tuscany, Italy on 22 November 1896. She had 3 children. She had a passion for embroidery.
Grotta was a piano teacher until the age of 70. In her supercentenarian years, she watched the mass at television.
Lina Grotta died in Livorno, Tuscany, Italy on 27 May 2009 at the age of 112 years, 186 days. At the time of her death, she was the 22nd-oldest living validated person in the world, and the seventh-oldest validated Italian person ever.
