Pavle Lina Miljan (5 June 1905 – 9 May 2012) was a Croatian centenarian who was the oldest known living person in Croatia at the time of her death.
Biography[]
Pavle Lina Miljan was born in the Konavle, Dubrovnik-Neretva County, Austria-Hungary (present-day Croatia) on 5 June 1905. She was dressmaker specialized in men's clothing. She never married and did not have any children. Miljan was in relationship with Sime from Konavle, who wanted to move to the United States with her.
During 2011 Croatia Census, she was the second-oldest living person in Croatia, behind Ljubica Loncar, and after Ljubica's death in February 2012, she became the oldest known living person in Croatia.
Lina Miljan died at Domus Cristi Nursing Home in Dubrovnik, Croatia on 9 May 2012 at the age of 106 years, 338 days.
