This is a list of oldest people from Paraguay and a list of Paraguayan supercentenarians (people from Paraguay who have reached the age of 110 or over). Supercentenarians listed as validated, have been verified by an international body that specifically deals in longevity research, such as the Gerontology Research Group (GRG), Guinness World Records (GWR) or International Database on Longevity (IDL).

So far, the oldest person ever in Paraguay was Silverio Pereira Ayala (1906–2018) who died at the age of 111 years, 353 days, and the oldest woman ever in Paraguay was Aura Victoria Lobo de Bendlin (1907–2019) who died at the age of 111 years, 217 days. However, the oldest person ever to have been born in Paraguay was Casilda Benegas (1907–2022) who died in Argentina at the age of 115 years, 81 days.
