Lois Inez Boston (née Wallin; born 10 May 1913) is an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She is currently the oldest known living person in the U.S. state of Oklahoma.
Biography[]
Lois Boston was born on 10 May 1913 in Oklahoma, USA. She attended Goodwell High School and married her husband, Charlie Boston, on Christmas Eve in 1936, their marriage lasting 70 years. Her and her husband owned the Boston Furniture store in Guymon, Oklahoma. She was an active player of golf until she was 83.
On her 109th birthday in 2022, the Mayor of Guymon proclaimed the week of 8–14 May as Lois Boston Week in her honor.
In May 2023, Boston celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
Boston currently lives in Guymon, Oklahoma, USA at the age of 111 years, 210 days.
