Louise Begley (8 April 1866 – 16 April 1977) was an American supercentenarian whose age is currently validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Biography

Louise Begley was born in Brooklyn, New York, USA on 8 April 1866. Her parents John and Margaret Begley, who were Scottish immigrants.

Begley worked as a cook and housekeeper in Oswego for the same family for over 50 years. Begley never married. She later moved to Syracuse.

Begley died in Syracuse, New York, USA on 16 April 1977 at the age of 111 years, 8 days.
