Lucy Alice Forist (née Zvorist; 17 November 1906 – 25 July 2018) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by LongeviQuest (LQ). She was one of the oldest known people in the state of California at the time of her death.

Lucy Forist was born as Lucy Zvorist in North Dakota, USA, to Romanian-born Jewish parents Morris and Ella Zvorist on 17 November 1906. She had two siblings: Herbert and Emma. She never married nor had children, but Americanised her surname to Forist as an adult. At some point in her life, Forist moved to Los Angeles, California. Her 110th birthday was proclaimed by the City of Los Angeles.
Forist died in Los Angeles, California, USA, on 25 July 2018 at the age of 111 years, 250 days. Her age was validated by LongeviQuest on 29 April 2023.
