Madeleine Brehamel [French: Bréhamel] (née Boulogne; 31 August 1903 – 3 May 2015) was a French supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). At the time of her death, she was the sixth-oldest living person in France, after Olympe Amaury, Eudoxie Baboul, Therese Ladigue, Elisabeth Collot, and Honorine Rondello.

Biography[]

Madeleine Brehamel was born in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Seine (now Hauts-de-Seine), Ile-de-France, France on 31 August 1903.

In her last years, Brehamel lived in the CCAS of the 10th district of Paris. On her 110th and on her 111th birthday, she was visited by Remi Feraud, the mayor of the 10th district of Paris.

Brehamel's age was verified by Martin Miet and Laurent Toussaint, and validated by the GRG on 24 October 2014. Following the death of 111-year-old Georgette Leveille on 14 March 2015, she became the oldest living person in Ile-de-France.

Madeleine Brehamel died in the 10th district of Paris, Ile-de-France, France on 3 May 2015, at the age of 111 years, 323 days.
