Marcel Reichstein [Hebrew: מרסל רייכשטיין] (13 September 1913 – 27 September 2022), surnamed Marcelo [Hebrew: מרצ'לו], was a Romanian-born Israeli centenarian who was the second oldest known living person in Israel, behind Morris Wioskowski at the time of his death.
Biography[]
Marcel Reichstein was born in Bucharest, Romania on 13 September 1913. After the World War II, he moved to Israel.
Reichstein died in Ness Ziona, Central District, Israel on 27 September 2022 at the age of 109 years, 14 days. He was the oldest known Holocaust survivor at the time of his death.
