Maria Granello-Grilletti (11 December 1904 – 11 August 2016) was a validated Italian supercentenarian. She was the last surviving person in Italy born in 1904.

Maria Granello was born in Quinto di Treviso, Province of Treviso, Veneto, Italy on 11 December 1904. She was one of six children in family. She married Emilio Grilletti in 1926. They had eight children: Linda, Gelindo, Augusto, Gino, Vanna, Daniela, Roberto, and Carlo.
She died in Veneto, Italy on 11 August 2016 aged 111 years, 244 days.
