Maria Luisa Delicon [Spanish: María Luisa Romero de Licón] (née Romero; 8 September 1887 – 31 October 1999) later in life known as Luisa Delicon, was a Mexican-born American supercentenarian whose age is validated by the Latin American Supercentenarians (LAS).
Biography[]
Luisa Delicon was born in Camargo Municipality, Chihuahua, Mexico on 8 September 1887 (claimed 14 September). Her parents were Jose Romero and Beatris Salcido.
She married Ramon Licon (1882–1921) in 1908. She moved to the United States with her mother and sister to search of work, shortly after her father died. She lived at Willow Pass Healthcare Center.
Delicon died in Concord, California, USA on 31 October 1999 at the age of 112 years, 53 days.
