Maria "Mika" Muhova (Bulgarian: Мария Мухова; 17 May 1909 – 24 March 2016), also known as Maria Muhovska, was a Bulgarian centenarian who was the oldest person in Bulgaria since death of Gyulbie Yumer in February 2016 until her death a month later.
Biography[]
Maria was born on 17 May 1909. She had a twin sister, Stoyanka Grebcheva, who died few month before she turned 100. Her younger sister, Magdalena Domuschieva (19 September 1912 – 3 August 2016), died a month before her 104th birthday. Maria's father died at 107. Maria married seven years younger Stoyan and had at least one child with him, daughter Tsvetanka.

In March 2016, Maria and her sister Magdalena shared that the cause of their longevity was in two things - genes and turmeric tea.
