Maria Tonoli (9 October 1908 – 30 July 2019) was an Italian supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG) in 2020.
Biography[]
Maria Tonoli was born in Gandellino, Lombardy, Italy on 9 October 1908. During her long life, Maria has lived two World Wars and subsequently the loss of her husband and five of her eight children.
On 9 October 2018 she became a supercentenarian and celebrated her 110th birthday surrounded by the affection of her loved ones.
Maria Tonoli died in Villa d'Ogna, Lombardy, Italy, on 30 July 2019 at the age of 110 years, 294 days.
