Unvalidated

Maria Tudor (21 September 1903? – 22 March 2016) was a Romanian supercentenarian claimant whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). If her age is true, she would be the oldest person ever in Romania, however this has not yet been proven.

Biography[]

Maria Tudor claimed that she was born in Sambata Noua, Topolog Municipality, Tulcea County, Romania on 8 September 1903 (21 September 1903 since the adoption of the Gregorian calendar).

If her age is true, she would become the oldest living person in Romania, following the death of 107-year-old Marton Mihaly on 10 December 2010.

In September 2013, she celebrated her claimed 110th birthday.

Maria Tudor died in Sambata Noua, Topolog Municipality, Tulcea County, Romania, on 22 March 2016, at the claimed age of 112 years, 183 days.
