Marie-Blanche Portelance (21 March 1909 – 5 March 2021) was a Canadian supercentenarian whose age was validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).

Marie-Blanche Portelance was born in Rigaud, Quebec, Canada on 21 March 1909. She never married, nor had children.
In March 2019, she celebrated her 110th birthday and became a supercentenarian.
Marie-Blanche Portelance died in Rigaud, Quebec, Canada on 5 March 2021 at the age of 111 years, 349 days. She was the fourth-oldest known living person in Canada, behind Phyllis Ridgway, Cecile Klein, and Reita Fennell at the time of her death.
