Marie Cowen (née Rambow; 13 September 1906 – 31 August 2018) was an American supercentenarian whose age is validated by LongeviQuest (LQ).

Marie Cowen was born in Britton, Michigan, USA, on 13 September 1906. Her parents were Henry and Caroline (née Weilnau) Rambow. Cowen moved to Texas in 1929. She began married life living on a farm in West Bexar County, Texas. The couple had two children (both daughters). Cowen spent some years working in business offices in San Antonio, Texas.
Cowen passed away in San Antonio, Texas, USA, on 31 August 2018, at the age of 111 years, 352 days. She was survived by daughters Ruth and Louise. Her younger sister, Ruth J. Piotter Bordt, died at the age of 104 on 13 December 2014. Her age was validated by LongeviQuest on 17 April 2023.
