Marie Smejkalova [Czech: Marie Smejkalová] (12 September 1903 – 26 January 2011) was a Czech centenarian who was the oldest living person in the Czech Republic at the time of her death.

Marie Smejkalova was born in Kroměříž, Zlín Region, Austria-Hungary (now Czech Republic) on 12 September 1903.
She became the oldest living person in the Czech Republic, following the death of Juliana Vasickova on 5 October 2010.
Marie Smejkalova died in Kroměříž, Zlín Region, Czech Republic on 26 January 2011 at the age of 107 years, 136 days.
