Mary Anna "Annie" Boone (née Lush; 10 February 1887 – 13 May 2001) was an American supercentenarian who holds the record for being the oldest person ever from the U.S. state of Kentucky. Her age is validated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG).
Biography
Mary Anna Boone was born in Leitchfield, Grayson, Kentucky, USA as the daughter of James William and Mary Elizabeth Pierce Lush, on 10 February 1887. She married Frank Boone at Peonia on 7 February 1916. The couple had seven children. She was widowed in 1960.
Mary Anna Boone died in Leitchfield, Grayson, Kentucky, USA on 13 May 2001 at the age of 114 years, 92 days.
