Mary Harris (née Petrillose; born 13 May 1911) is an American supercentenarian whose age is currently unvalidated by the Gerontology Research Group (GRG). She currently is the second-oldest known living person in Tennessee, behind Pearlie Williams.
Mary Harris was born in Ithaca, New York, USA on 13 May 1911 to Italian immigrants, Joseph and Concetta (Delmonte) Petrillose. She married James Richard Harris from North Lexington, North Carolina in August 1937. During their 66 years of marriage, they ran a dry cleaning business and dairy farm in New York. They later retired to Florida, where they spent the last several decades before moving to Chattanooga, Tennessee. Harris later moved in to the Alexian Village of Tennessee in 2000. Where she resides today.
On her 110th birthday in 2021, Harris has two daughters, five grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren (possibly more).
